The LALT Board of Directors has proposed updates to the By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation.  The By-Laws were last updated in 1978.  The Articles of Incorporation were lasted updated in 1973.  These proposed changes will be reviewed, discussed and voted upon at this year’s annual meeting on Sunday June 25.  Red-line documents showing the proposed changes can be downloaded here.
